We all know about about legacy and today, people have more information, technology and resources available to them than ever before. Armed with this knowledge, power and responsibility, how do we create a legacy for generations to come?

The fundamental components of a true legacy include: living a life consistent with our values; living in harmony with others; and living in a way that repairs the world and preserves the things essential to a healthy, sustainable and productive society and planet. Ideally, we want to leave the world better than we found it.

In 2002, B.B. King signed on as an official supporter of Little Kids Rock, a nonprofit organization that provides free musical instruments and instruction to children in underprivileged public schools throughout the United States. He sat on the organization’s Honorary Board of Directors.

In the 2000’s to early 2010’s, King was involved in the spread of awareness of diabetes since his diagnosis in 1990. He was also involved in a diabetes awareness campaign with American Idol contestant, Crystal Bowersox, with One Touch Ultra, starring in commercials and spreading awareness about diabetes and promoting diabetes health management.

Guess what? He passed the torch! This next recipient is a international businessman, motivational speaker and fashion mogul to celebrity stylist, I’m sure you will find a daily dose of Entertainment from “KING” as we have this evening.  He has been breathing entertainment since the young age of 17 from Tour buses like B B King, to International Tours with Trina, and branding for Jackie Christie.  Multiple Platforms from Human Trafficking and World Class Etiquette, Mr. King is Truly a Gentleman to be reconed with.

He founded “The Gentleman’s Course”, a 1 day jump start module designed to introduce our youth to the proper decorum in the areas of speech; attire; manners and etiquette. It introduces our young men and women to a level of class the deserve.

Decorum suggests dignity and a sense of what is becoming or appropriate for a person of good breeding: a fine sense of decorum. Etiquette is the conventional forms and usages. The Gentlemen’s Course is a direct impact to increasing awareness to stopping Human Trafficking and abuse to youth between the ages of 12-18.

By educating youth we can decrease these numbers drastically by stopping their interest in the Human trafficking world and raise their knowledge to how to defer offers and situations.

Their Motto:
“WE CHANGE OUR YOUTH, THEY WILL CHANGE OUR FUTURE”
